Which AI tools do you use?

It depends on your setup — typically ChatGPT or Claude for content workflows, and Shopify Flow, Zapier or Make for automations. Every workflow is documented and reviewed.

What if I need more hours one month?

Extra hours can be added at an agreed rate, or we adjust your plan.

Do you handle customer service?

I can prepare reply templates and workflows. Live customer service is available on request for Ops Partner clients.
