Hi, I'm Lenka — numbers person with an eye for design.

I founded Luma Maison to bring together two worlds that rarely meet: careful, structured finance work and beautiful, well-run online stores.

My background is in economics, management and audit — including time at PwC — where accuracy and deadlines were non-negotiable. Alongside that, I've built and run my own shops on Shopify, Etsy and print-on-demand platforms — including fully custom Shopify themes like LinuaCars — so I know the day-to-day from the inside.

Today I help e-commerce businesses get clarity in their numbers, calm in their operations and a store they're proud of.

Where should I start?

With the Store & Profit Health Check. It shows what's working, what isn't and what's worth fixing first — and it's the easiest way to see how we work together.

Do you work with businesses outside the EU?

Yes. I work remotely in English with clients worldwide, and also in Slovak and Czech for local businesses.

Are you an accountant or tax advisor?

No — and I don't replace one. I organise your data, reconcile payouts and prepare clean, structured records and reports, so your accountant's work is faster and your decisions are better informed.

Which platforms do you work with?

Mainly Shopify and Etsy, plus print-on-demand platforms like Printify, and payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe. Reporting is built in Google Sheets or Excel, systems in Notion.

How does AI fit into your work?

Practically. I map how your store runs and use AI where it genuinely saves time — listings, customer replies, content workflows — always documented and checked, never a black box.
